• The Phospho-CRMP2 (Thr514) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor CRMP2 protein phosphorylation and expresssion profile in cells. It can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated CRMP2 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (i.e. siRNA, or chemicals) or activators have on CRMP2 phosphorylation.

• Storage and Stability:Store all components at 4°C. Reconstituted *472968F, *472968G and *472968H are stable for 2 weeks at 4°C. *472968Q should be stored at RT or warmed up to RT if stored at 4ºC. Other components are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
