特徴

• Tautomycin is a potent and specific PP1 and PP2 inhibitor and smooth muscle endogenous phosphatase (IC₅₀ = 1nM, 10nM, and 6nM, respectively). Higher concentrations are needed to inhibit protein phosphatase 2B. Does not inhibit protein phosphatase 2C.
