N1-(2-Chloroethyl)-N2-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)ethane-1,2-diamine Dihydrochloride is prepared from 2,3-Dichloroaniline (D431840) and Diethanolamine (D441900). 2,3-Dichloroaniline is an organic pollutant that can cause acute toxicity to aquatic organisms. It also has certain toxicity to the immunity of mice. It can enhance the spleen index and significantly decrease the thymus gland index, macrophage phagocytosis index and serum hemolysin in mice.
