• Fusapyrone is a broad-spectrum antifungal metabolite first isolated from Fusarium species. It has been investigated for use in the control of postharvest crop diseases such as inhibiting the growth of ochratoxin-producing strains of Aspergillus section Nigri in wine grapes.1
