Cyclosporin AM 4N is a metabolite of Cyclosporin A, a hydrophobic cyclic undecapeptide that is used as a potent immunosuppressive agent that has application in human organ transplantation. Cyclosporin A works by inhibiting subsets of T lymphocytes to facilitate organ transplantation.
