特徴
- (2S)-Octyl-α-hydroxyglutarate is a cell permeable derivative of the L-isomer of 2-Hydroxyglutaric Acid (H942575), a potential inhibitor of glutamate carboxypeptidase. Also, being structurally similar to α-ketoglutarate, it competitively inhibits α-ketoglutarate dependent dioxygenases.
