• (2S)-N-[(1,1-Dimethylethoxy)carbonyl]-L-alanyl-(2S)-2-hydroxy-3-methylbutanoyl-L-alanyl-2-hydroxy-3-methyl-butanoic Acid binds the PDZ domain of the Dishevelled (Dvl) protein. It is Wnt signaling inhibitor that inhibits proliferation, migration and TGF-β-induced differentiation of fibroblasts in vitro. (2S)-N-[(1,1-Dimethylethoxy)carbonyl]-L-alanyl-(2S)-2-hydroxy-3-methylbutanoyl-L-alanyl-2-hydroxy-3-methyl-butanoic Acid also suppresses the accumulation of collagen I, α-SMA, and TGF-β1.
