Manidipine Dihydrochloride is a metabolite of Manidipine (M16400), a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that exhibits antihypertensive properties. Nifedipine is used as an antihypertensive and antianginal drug. Nifedipine is a dihydorpyridine calcium channel blocker.
