Increased: acute pancreatitis, chronic renal failure, pancreatic cancer and chronic pancreatitis, also with non-pancreatic abdominal pain, especially cholecystitis and duodenal ulcer perforation. Reduce: some chronic pancreatitis, chronic cholecystitis, biliary tract disease. Trypsin can catalyze the hydrolysis of the ester chain of arginine ethyl ester, then the activity of trypsin can be calculated according to the change of absorbance at 253nm.

Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
