Plant phenols can be used to remove free radical, antioxidant and anti-aging, and have high nutritional value and medical care function, thus are widely applied in cosmetics, food, medicine and other fields.
Test Principle:Under alkaline conditions, tungsten-molybdenum acid can be reduced by phenols and produce blue compounds, which has a characteristic absorption peak at 760nm. The content of total in sample can be calculated by measuring the absorbance at 760nm.

Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
