The Total Amino Acid BioAssay™ Kit is suitable for use in the detection of total amino acid (T-AA) content in samples, such as animal tissue, urine, serum (plasma), whole blood and cultured cell, supernatant of cultured cell, etc.
Test Principle:Cu2+ can react with all kinds of amino acids to form blue color complexes, and the shades of color is proportional with the content of total amino acid at certain wavelength. The content of total amino acid can be calculated according to the absorbance.

Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
