Intended Use:This kit can measure nitrite content of a variety of serum, plasma, culture cell, culture medium, animal and plant tissue and other samples.
Test Principle:Nitrite can react with chromogenic agent producing light red azo-compound. The content of nitrite can be detected indirectly by colorimetric assays.
Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
