Intended Use:This kit can be used to detect MPO activity in various Animal plasma, serum, and tissue.
Test Principle:Myeloperoxidase (MPO) exists in neutrophils with 5% of dry weight for every cell, well-known of its oxidation of H2O2 and oxychloride to HCLO. It will be released to extracellular fluid for incycle in inflammation situation. And MPO also attend reaction with LDL. With its reducibility, MPO react with o-methoxyaniline. Therefore, it can calculate MPO activity, cell number, and the reduced amount of H2O2. by colorimetric analysis at 460nm.

Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
