Intended Use:This kit can measure the activity of LDH isoenzymes in serum or plasma samples.
Sensitivity:The minimum detection limit ≤ 9.0U/L.
Range:0~500U/L (r2≥0.995)
Test Principle:L – LD + NAD+ LDH pyruvic acid + NADH (pH 9.3)There is guanidine thiocyanate as an inhibitor to suppress the activity of LDH2, LDH3, LDH4 and LDH5, so this kit can be used to test the activity of LDH1. Measure the formation rate of NADH at 340nm wavelength and then the activity of LDH1 can be calculated.
Kit Components (see Protocol for final kit quantities):Reagent 1, 40 mLx1 vial:N-acetyl-D-glucamine solution(pH9.3)Guanidine thiocyanateLithium L-lactate
Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
