Test Principle:ATP enzymes present in the cell membrane and organelle membrane, plays an important role in the transport of substances, energy conversion and information transmission, the body in the absence of O2 and some conditions, the activity of Copper-ATPase take a series of changes. In addition some of the genetic disease have relation to the discretion of the enzyme activity. ATP enzyme can generate ATP to ADP and inorganic phosphorus, measuring the amount of inorganic phosphorus can judge the discretion of the ATP enzyme activity. Cu2+-ATPase is a kind of enzyme that can be activated by potassium and inhibited by vanadic acid.

Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
