• Intended Use:This product can be used for the measurement of serum complement C4 content.

• Test Principle:C4 in serum forms antigen antibody complex with C4-specific antibody in reagent under a certain condition, and increase turbidity of solution. The turbidity of solution is proportional to C4 content in the serum under a certain amount of antibody. By measuring the absorbance values at specific wavelengths, C4 content in the sample can be calculated referring to the multi-calibration curve.
