It is a kind of protease on the biological membrane which plays an important role in material transport, energy conversion and information transmission. The enzyme activity of ATPase will have a series of changes when the body in the hypoxic or diseases condition, and is also associated with some genetic diseases.

Test Principle:ATPase can decompose ATP into ADP and inorganic phosphorus. ATPase activity can be judged by determining the content of inorganic phosphorus.

Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
