Test Principle:Anti-human C-reactive protein (CRP) antibodies is cross-linked onto latex particle which can carry out agglutination reaction with CRP in serum to form antigen-antibody complex. By measuring the absorbance values at specific wavelengths, CRP content in the sample can be calculated by referring to the multi-calibration curve.
Accuracy:The measurement value is within the deviation range of quality control material.

Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
