This kit is used for quantitative determination of beta2 microglobulin (beta2-MG) in serum or urine. It helps to identify glomerulus and renal tubule diseases.

Test Principle:When using this kit, beta2 microglobulin antibodies were cross-linked onto latex, thus carry out antigen- antibody reaction with beta2 microglobulin in sample under certain condition, and increase turbidity of buffer solution. The turbidity is proportional to beta2-MG in the serum under a certain amount of antibody. By measuring the absorbance values at specific wavelength, beta2-MG content referring to the multi-calibration curve in sample can be calculated.
Accuracy:Quality control concentration ≥3.0mg/L, relative error ≤10%, quality control concentration <3.0mg/L, relative error ≤0.3mg/L.

Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
