• Intended Use:This kit is used for determination of Apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA-I) in serum.
• Sensitivity:The minimum detection limit is ≤0.3g/L
• Range:0.30-2.6g/L(r2≥0.995)
• Test Principle:Serum ApoA-I and the specific antibody in the reagent will form antigen-antibody complex, therefore the turbidity of the sample will change and the value of turbidity will be in positive proportion to the concentration of the serum ApoA-I. By detecting the absorbance of the solution at certain wavelength, the concentration of serum ApoA-I can be figured out according to the standard curve.
