• TNFRSF10D, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 10D, is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This protein contains an extracellular TRAIL-binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and a truncated cytoplasmic death domain. Also, it is can protect cells bearing TRAIL R1 and/or TRAIL R2 from TRAIL-mediated apoptosis.

• Biological Activity:Measured in a neutralizing assay using Jurkat human T lymphocyte. The ED50 for this effect is less or equal to 10ng/ml in the presence of 2ng/ml TRAIL.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
