LCP2, also known as lymphocyte cytosolic protein 2, is an intracellular docking protein with a single SH2 recognition domain. It is involved in T-cell antigen receptor mediated signaling. This protein is phosphorylated by ZAP70 leading to NF-AT and IL2 gene activation. Recombinant human LCP2, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
