特徴

• Dsbc, also known as Protein disulfide isomerase II, belong to the Dsb family. DsbC is periplasmic enzyme known as a disulfide isomerase and can convert aberrant disulfide bonds to correct ones. DsbC consists of 236aa containing signal peptide (1-20aa). Recombinant E. coli Dsbc, fused to His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
