Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 25 (CCL25) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as TECK (Thymus-Expressed Chemokine). The Mouse Teck gene was mapped to chromosome 8 and human Teck gene was to 19p13.2. CCL25 is believed to play a role in thedevelopment of T-cells. It is chemotactic for thymocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. CCL25 elicits its effects by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR9.
Intended Use:Sandwich High Sensitivity BioAssay™ ELISA kit for Quantitative Detection of Mouse CCL25/TECK.
Sensitivity:<10pg/ml
Range:31.2pg/ml-2000pg/ml
Specificity:Recognizes natural and recombinant Mouse CCL25/TECK. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins.
Test Principle:This Mouse CCL25/TECK BioAssay™ ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune- sorbent assay technology. A specific for CCL25/TECK has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: E.coli; Immunogen sequence: Q24-N144) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection specific for CCL25/TECK is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the Mouse CCL25/TECK amount of sample captured in plate.
Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
