特徴

• Agr2, also known as anterior gradient protein 2 homolog, is the orthologue of the secreted Xenopus laevis Anterior Gradient protein (XAG-2). This is a small, possibly secreted molecule of yet weakly defined functions that is widely expressed in human tissues. Expression of Agr2 shows a positive correlation with expression of estrogen receptor in breast carcinoma and a negative correlation with expression of EGF receptor.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
