Assay Description:10ul reaction mix containing assay buffer with S- adenosylmethionine, specific PRMT9 substrate, and PRMT9 (30-100ng) added to the wells. Add antibody against methylated Arg residue and A-screen Acceptor beads. Incubate for 30 min, then add GSH- conjugated Donor beads followed by Alpha Screening detection.

Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
