Phenylethanolamine A is used as a new type of Clenbuterol and widely used on animal production. • Test Principle:This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this BioAssay™ kit has been pre-coated with Phenylethanola mine A antigen. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Phenylethanolamine A specific antibody and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between pre-coated Phenylethanolamine A and Phenylethanolamine A in standards or samples with the Phenylethanolamine A special antibody. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of Phenylethanolamine A in the standards or samples. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
