特徴

• Hydrolyzes L-prolinamide, L-proline-p-nitroanilide, L-alaninamide, L-methioninamide, piperidine-2-carboxamide and piperazine-2-carboxamide. Has a much lower activity towards piperazine-2-tert-butylcarboxamide. Does not hydrolyze dipeptides and D-prolinamide.
• Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-310 from full length Pseudomonas azotoformans LaaA, fused to 10X His-SUMO-Tag at N-terminal and Myc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in E. coli.
