CEACAM6, also known as Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6, belongs to the human carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) family. It is a member of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-linked immunoglobulin superfamily that is implicated in a variety of human cancers. It is associated with the progression of pancreatic cancer.
