• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human Trefoil Factor 1, a homodimeric protein consisting of two 60aa polypeptide chains, which includes a 40aa trefoil motif containing three conserved intramolecular disulfide bonds, expressed in E. coli.

• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Biological Activity:Determined by its ability to activate ERK1/2 (a MAPkinase signaling molecule) using a concentration 1-2ug/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ＞500IU/mg.
