• CCL25, otherwise known as TECK (thymus expressed chemokine), is a member of the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family, specifically expressed by thymic stromal cells, which acts as a chemotactic factor for activated macrophages, thymocytes and dendritic cells, and signals through binding to the CCR9 receptor.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human TECK, a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 127aa, expressed in E. coli.
• Molecular Weight:~14.2kD (127aa)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Biological Activity:Fully biologically active when compared to standard. Determined by its ability to chemoattract human monocytes using a concentration range of 1-10ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ＞1x10e5IU/mg.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
