特徴

• Human TARC is a recently discovered protein belonging to the beta-chemokine (C-C) family of cytokines, secreted by activated monocytes, thymic and lymph node dendritic. It is chemotactic towards activated T cells (Th2 subset) which express express CCR4 but ineffective on monocytes.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human TARC, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 71aa, expressed in E. coli.

• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Biological Activity:Fully biologically active when compared to standard. Determined by its ability to chemoattract human T cells using a concentration range of 1-10ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ＞1x10e5IU/mg.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
