特徴

• MIA2 performs as a tumor suppressor in hepatocellular carcinoma. MIA2 is a novel acute phase protein which its expression is found in the liver and reacts to liver damage in chronic liver diseases and is considerably higher in severe fibrosis patients. MIA2 is induced by IL6, TGF- and conditioned medium from activated hepatic stellate cells. MIA2 is is mainly expressed in hepatocytes.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
