特徴

• MDC is a CC chemokine that is produced in B cells, macrophages, monocyte-derived dendritic cells, activated NK cells and CD4 T cells. It signals through the CCR4 receptor. MDC chemoattracts monocytes, dendritic cells and NK cells and exerts HIV suppressive activity.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse MDC/CCL22, a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 68aa, expressed in E. coli.
• Molecular Weight:~7.8kD (68aa)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Biological Activity:Determined by its ability to chemoattract human activated lymphocytes using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ＞1x10e4IU/mg.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
