特徴

• MIP-1g is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and a wide variety of mouse tissues, with no known human homolog. MIP-1g signals through the CCR1 receptor. MIP-1g chemoattracts neutrophils and also inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. MIP-1g contains six cysteines including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.

• Biological Activity:Measured by its ability to chemoattract human CCR1 transfected BaF3 mouse proB cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.002-0.01ug/mL.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
