• Biological ActivityFully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of TF-1 cells was <1ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of >1x10e6units/mg.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
