• Biological ActivityDetermined by the dose-dependent co-stimulation (with mouse IL-4) of MC/9 cells. The ED50 was found to be <2ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ≥5x10e5units/mg.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
