• Mouse Eotaxin shares many of the biological and physical characteristics of Human Eotaxin. This chemokine exhibits a high chemotactic selectivity for eosinophils and belongs to the b-chemokine family (C-C) of cytokines, along with chemokines such as RANTES, MCP-3, and MIP-1alpha.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse Eotaxin/CCL11, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 74aa, expressed in E. coli.

• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Biological Activity:Measured by its ability to chemoattract mouse CCR3 transfected BaF3 mouse proB cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 1-5ng/mL.
