• Biological Activity:Measured in a cell proliferation assay using anti-IgM stimulated mouse B cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.5-2ng/mL in the presence of 10ug/mL of goat antimouse IgM mu chain, corresponding to a specific activity of ＞5x10e5IU/mg.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
