• Kit Components:1. Blocking Reagent: 2x10g protein dry powder
• 2. Concentrated antibody diluent solution: 20ml/bottle. 10x
• 3. Polymeric HRP‐conjugated goat anti‐rabbit IgG: 0.2ml. 200‐400x
• 4. DAB chromogenic reagent, containing:
• Chromogenic reagent A: DAB concentrated solution, 3ml. 40x.
• Chromogenic reagent B: H2O2 concentrated solution, 3ml. 40x.
• Chromogenic reagent C: TBS concentrated buffer, 3ml. 40x.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
