特徴
- Glutamate Dehydrogenase, NADP is useful for enzymatic determination of NH3, α-ketoglutaric acid and L-glutamic acid, and for assay of leucine aminopeptidase and urease. This enzyme is also used for enzymatic determination of urea when coupled with urease (URH-201) in clinical analysis.
- L-Glutamate + H20 + NADP+ = 2-Oxoglutarate + NH3 + NADPH
- Activity:≥4,000 units/ml

- Unit Definition:One unit will reduce 1umole of α-ketoglutarate to L-glutamate per min at pH 8.3 at 30°C in the presence of ammonium ions and NADPH.

- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
