• TNFRSF9, also known as CD137 or ILA, is a member of the TNF superfamily of receptors. This protein is mainly expressed on the surface of a variety of T cells, but also found in B cells, monocytes, and various transformed cell lines. TNFRSF9 is expressed on activated T cells and binds an inducible ligand that is found on B cells, macrophages and dendritic cells.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
