特徴

• SuLT2A1, also known dehydroepiandrosterone sulphotransferase, belongs to the sulfotransferase family. This protein is mainly expressed in liver and adrenal tissues, and to a lesser extent in kidney. It catalyzes the 3'-phosphoadenosine 5'-phosphosulfate-dependent sulfation of a wide variety of steroids in human liver and adrenal tissues, and is also responsible for most of the sulfation of bile acids in human liver.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
