• NuDT10, also known as APS2 or DIPP3alpha, is a member of the Nudix hydrolase family of pyrophosphatases. Nudix hydrolases contain a characteristic Nudix domain and are responsible for catalyzing the hydrolysis of nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. It functions as a manganese- dependent polyphosphate phosphohydrolase with an optimum pH of 8.5. This protein specifically metabolizes diadendosine-polyphosphates and, to a lesser extent, diphosphoinositol polyphosphates.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
