• CuEDC2 belongs to the CuEDC2 family and contains 1 CuE domain. This protein down-regulates ESR1 protein levels through the ubiquitination-proteasome pathway, regardless of the presence of 17 beta-estradiol. It also involves in 17 beta-estradiol-induced ESR1 degradation and controls PGR protein levels through a similar mechanism.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C.
