特徴

• Participates in at least several B-cell activation processes as well as of other cell types. It is a costimulator of DNA-synthesis. It induces the expression of class II MHC molecules on resting B-cells. It enhances both secretion and cell surface expression of IgE and IgG1. It also regulates the expression of the low affinity Fc receptor for IgE (CD23) on both lymphocytes and monocytes.
• Biological Activity:Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependant prolifiration of Murine HT-2 cells is less then 2ng/ml, corresponding to a Specific Activity of ＞ 5x10e5 IU/mg.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
