• Chemotactic for resting T-lymphocytes, and eosinophils. Has lower chemotactic activity for neutrophils but none for monocytes and activated lymphocytes. Binds to CCR3 (By similarity). {ECO:0000250}.
• Biological Activity:Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The biological activity determined by a chemotaxis bioassay using murine lymphocytes is in a concentration of 10-100ng/ml.
