特徴

• Exhibits antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria S.aureus and S.pyogenes, Gram-negative bacteria P.aeruginosa and E.coli and the yeast C.albicans. Kills multiresistant S.aureus and vancomycin-resistant E.faecium. No significant hemolytic activity was observed. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:11085990}.
• Biological Activity:Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by anti-microbial activity against E.coli. is less than 30ug/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ＞33.3 IU/mg.

Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
