Add Antibody to Labeling Column (Clear Cap), vortex, incubate (1hr, dark, RT)4. Prepare 2 Purification Columns (Red Cap), add labeled antibody, centrifuge (2min)5. Repeat (add antibody to Purification Column #2 (Red Cap), centrifuge (2min)6. Flow-through is final labeled antibody, free of unconjugated dye.
