Test Principle:This Magnesium BioAssay™ kit is designed to measure magnesium directly in biological samples without any pretreatment. A calmagite dye in the kit forms a colored complex specifically withmagnesium. The intensity of the color, measured at 500nm, is directly proportional to the magnesium concentration in the sample. The optimized formulation minimizes interference by potential substances.
Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
